סדנאות והשתלמויות

בלב המכון נמצאות סדנאות הכתיבה והחשיבה. ההשתלמויות הללו מעניקות למורות ומורים חוויית למידה אינטנסיבית ושותפות בקהילה כותבת. משתתפי הסדנאות יוצאים מההשתלמויות עם כוחות מחודשים וסט כלים מעשיים לשילוב כתיבה בשיעורים על מנת לקדם כישורי חשיבה, קריאה, הקשבה ושיח. כל אלה מסייעים אחר כך לתלמידים לגלות משמעות ולחשוב באופן עצמאי על רעיונות וטקסטים, לפתח כישורי שיח ולהעמיק בחשיבתם על תהליך הלמידה בו הם מתנסים.
